Since you are not yet of legal age, we absolutely need a signed declaration of consent from a parent in order to take part in the competition. You can download it and print it out, have it signed by hand or digitally and send it to us by email as a photo/scan.

QUALIFICATION ROUND

Max Reps – 1 min Time Cap

◾ Bar Muscle Ups: 4 Points per Rep
◾ Pull / Chin Ups: 2 Points per Rep
◾ Bar Dips: 1 Point per Rep

The top 16 athletes with the most total points qualify for the Round of 16 of the Endurance Showdown.

QUARTERFINALS

2. 30 sec L-Sit Hold @ P-Bars
3. 10 Bar Muscle Ups
4. 20 Pull Ups
5. 20 Weighted Push Ups @ Parallettes (+20kg Vest)

SEMINFINALS
1. 5 Pull Up, 5 Bar Muscle Up, 5 Bar Dip
2. 4 Pull Up, 4 Bar Muscle Up, 4 Bar Dip
3. 3 Pull Up, 3 Bar Muscle Up, 3 Bar Dip
4. 2 Pull Up, 2 Bar Muscle Up, 2 Bar Dip
5. 1 Pull Up, 1 Bar Muscle Up, 1 Bar Dip

FIGHT FOR 3RD PLACE
Dip Pyramid Battle (two steps):
